Nancy invariably understands the real estate business. She knew exactly what it would take to expediently prepare and market our property. I would go as far to say that Nancy performed many tasks beyond what is expected of a realtor--from providing hands on help for us to obtain all presale approvals to assisting us with the sale of furniture, etc. I found her to be fully accessible, reliable and professional in all aspects of the selling experience.
