My management background in architecture, construction and housing is an ideal foundation for a career in home sales. And I know it sounds corny, but I really care about my customers! I want my sellers to get the best price without "tearing their hair out" and my buyers to get the home of their dreams without overpaying!

By staying on top of current market conditions and providing diligent, compassionate service, I have been successful with many recent residential transactions in the area. Before I became a Realtor I worked for an architectural engineering firm as a project manager, where I was responsible for overseeing new construction, interior rehabilitation, master planning and development. My marketing work included projects as far away as Saudi Arabia and China. Some of my other professional skills include strong financial knowledge, negotiation, contract review, site improvements and client liaison. My sales associate position puts all these skills to good use each and every day.
